For anyone looking for something to do tomorrow, head up to Blue Mountain and cheer on coach Jeremy as he competes in his first weightlifting competition.  His first lift is set for 9:00am.

Clean and Jerk
Squat clean+power jerk+split jerk as heavy as you can go

What a great first Monday night.  The gym was full of energy, and some serious lifting was had by all.

Head up and watch him lift.. There are some great lifters registered, should be exciting
